I liked this recipe to use up my turkey that I had left over. I added some grated parmesan cheese and some shredded cheddar cheese in the cheese soup and then put shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole. This was yummy!

this was good to use up our really dry turkey leftovers. I replaced 1 cup of water with 1 cup of chicken broth to add a little more salt and flavor. I also used fresh onions instead of dried. I also added broccoli and corn in addition to the peas. I topped the casserole with shredded cheaddar cheese and the crackers but skipped the butter. I figure you can't really go wrong with rice, vegetables, meat and cheese. I'll make it again.

This was really good! My husband and I both enjoyed it very much and agreed that perhaps it needs a bit more cheesy flavor. I think I'll take the advice of another reviewer and grate some cheddar cheese over the top next time. I will definitely make this again.

This was fine. I would have liked a little more flavor, but it was pretty easy to prepare. I would add a little more salt next time or perhaps some grated sharp cheddar. I would only make it again if I was trying to use up the ingredients.

This recipe was very easy to make and I made half the recipe, but I used minute rice and real onion. The end result was kind of flavorless and it needed something to make it pop. Though it was kind of bland, it was edible and we finished it off. I probably wouldn't make this again, or maybe I would try noodles instead of rice.
