This recipe has been a family favorite for years. It's easy to prepare and perfect for a busy schedule. I've also made this recipe with salmon - substituting two cans for the ground beef and adding 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. It's great!

Easy and Delicious Blender Quiche

The cheese, meat and veggies in this quiche don 't go into the blender. They 're layered onto the bottom of the pie shell. The egg, onion, garlic, milk, parsley and baking mix concoction, however, does. It 's blended and poured over the other ingredients, baked and served warm.
