Far too much onion and far too weak cheese flavors. I used sharp cheddar, so the cheese flavor should not be as weak as it was. Still, I may make some changes and see if the flavor improves.

Easy and an interesting twist on regular maca and cheese. Definitely did not have the traditional mac and cheese texture, but my husband loved the dish. He has already requested that I make it again.
