I used leftover mashed potatoes and added the sour cream and ham (didn't have bacon) and cheese. Tasty, easy - took it to a potluck, there were no leftovers! Will keep and make often.

These were the greatest mashed potatoes ever. ever. I'm new to cooking and these were easyand delicious to make. Although I don't plan on making them often since they're so fattening and calorie laden. delish!

YUM! I just mixed the cheese right into the potatoes and cut the sour cream in half (not a big fan.) We just loved these! Thanks so much for the recipe, Debra!

These are really good! I have used mayonnaise instead of sour cream before which works well too.

This is really good, however I use a little more bacon and mix it with the potato mixture and I also mix in some minced onions [micro-waved for a couple minutes]. Great flavor, great recipe!

Wow! These were really yummy. Added more bacon (used ready made bacon bits, the real stuff). Very good the next day as well.

I made these the night before for a holiday dinner and baked them the next day to save time. They were a hit!

These were really good and flavorful! Very creamy! I made exactly as written, but used garlic pepper and skipped the baking in the oven..... I just mixed the cheese right in and crumbled the bacon on top (skipped chives too). Will make again! Thanks!
