I've tried lots of savory muffin recipes, this one is really good. I like that you don't use a mix to make it too. The muffins were not too dry as in some savories. I added a Tb of dried onions, if you don't have chives around, snip the green part of scallions into small pieces. If made as mini-muffins, they would be a great appetizer at a wine party. I see lots of great additions too; dry smoked salmon (with dill cream cheese spread), some cayenne for spicy ones, it's endless. Thanks for the nice recipe.
