I have made this recipe for my husband, brother, and sister-in-law and they all loved it! I'm a vegetarian, so I have made this dish for myself using tofu. yum!

This chicken was a hit at my party...I used half breast filets, half de-boned and skinned thies, and I placed the chicken on a roaster, so both sides would get crispy. And it's easy and quick as well!

This was so simple and easy! I loved it. I used crushed crackers and shredded colby jack cheese because I didn't have the cornflakes or the cheddar. Still tasted great! It is a keeper! Thanks!
