I was pleased with this dish. I hadn't planned on subbing sour cream with the mayo, but had to when the jar *mysteriously* turned up empty, and really liked the creamy cheese sauce it made. For frozen veggies I used a bag mix of carrots, corn, and asparagus - loved the asparagus, I'll use just that next time. I also baked this for 30 mins, covered, in a 350 degree oven - microwaving vegetables has been proven to zap most of their nutritional value. Thanks for sharing :)
