I made this recipe with a few changes after reading the other reviews. First, I doubled it, but still used my 13x9 pan. Because people said it was dry, besides the 2 cream of chicken I also added 1 Cream of mushroom. I defrosted my chicken and found it was freezer burned, so I substituted 4 cups of fully cooked ham. I added a bit of garlic powder and Parmesan cheese for taste. I put in 4 cups of cheese, but with the extra soup and the ham, it turned out a bit salty. I'll cut back the cheese to 3 cups (2 cups in and 1 cup on top) next time.I'm glad I didn't put any salt in it!!! My husband and 5 kids loved this! My kids are all young (from 9 to 2) and finding something they'll all love is rare! Thanks!

Very good easy to cook meal. The only thing I would say is that you need to make more than the receipe suggests. I made the quantities for 6 people and it wasn't enough for my family of six. Next time I think I will also add mushrooms, to give it something extra.

This was pretty good. I only had 1 cup of chicken so I added about a cup of frozen mixed veggies. I also added a little parmesan to the mix and some garlic powder. Still a little bit bland, could use some more salt. Good easy dinner though!

Very simple dish. I used the cream soup base from this site instead of the canned soups and used ff milk. I added some garlic powder and I doubled the recipe for my 9x13 pan. Worked great, even made it early and kept it in the fridge until I needed to put it in the oven for 1/2hour.

This is easy, yet delicious. The nice thing about this recipe is that is can serve as a tasty starting point that allows for elaboration. I like to spice this up by using Rotel and thicken the sauce by using 4 oz of cream cheese instead of the milk. When I make it that way, it tastes great, even when I use low fat/healthy alternative ingredients.

I tried this recipe out in the daycare where I work. All the kids loved it. I had to make it again for dinner, and tried it with some garlic and red pepper on the chicken. I must say, it was better the 2nd time around.

Awful, and way too dry, I don't even know what I would do to make it edible. Will not be making this again.

Giving this 3 stars only because my husband thought it was O.K. The idea is right, but the taste just wasn't there for me.

This is boy food. I made it as the recipe suggests except subbing whole wheat pasta and no pimientos. It is both high in fat and bland. I didn't like it but hubby and teen gobbled it up and declared it a keeper... sigh...

Made this last night. I used a can of Cream of Chicken and a can of Cream of Cheddar soup with a cup of milk. All I had was Angel Hair pasta, and I made the whole box(way too much pasta!). Nice comfort food, thanks for posting Ann.
