I used a can of cheddar cheese soup instead of the 2 cups grated cheese and increased the milk to 10.75 oz (in addition to the can of cream soup). I seasoned with granulated garlic, garlic salt and fresh ground pepper. I sprinkled a small amount of grated cheese on top. Very good! My toddler had 6 helpings!

Very quick and easy weeknight meal. Was basic and quite general - not anything new or exciting. I added a few cloves of garlic to give it a kick! Not a real winner, but will definitely use again.

I make this exact recipe except I stir in a small can of green chilies and a TBLSP of tarragon. We love it!

This was really good & a life saver! I had no idea what to make with what I had & this fit perfectly! I did change the spaghetti to egg noodles and when I cooked the chicken, I put onion powder and oregano on it and added a little more onion powder to the soup mixture, but the base recipe is very good!

I did use whole wheat spaghetti/left out the pimientos(didn't have them)/added a little more milk. The grandkids LOVED it. I served broccoli with it for a easy use of leftover chicken(Mine was baked with dry herb soup mix on it)

I've made this twice, the first time I followed the recipe exactly. The second time I added broccoli, mushrooms and a package of dry ranch dressing mix. I felt it needed some extra flavor.

My 10 year old daughter made this one and she really liked it. I would add more liquids because it was a bit lacking. Maybe a can of cream of chicken and an added a can of cream of cheddar would help.

Very tasty! I made it on a whim tonight. I added a few dashes of onion flakes and garlic powder. It was a nice consistency and my husband and 2 teen boys all went back for 2nds! I'm going to keep this one handy!

Simple and very good! My husband is not a big fan of pasta (actually it is red sauces he does not like) and my 2-year old loves anything involving pasta. So this was a perfect recipe for us. It did not have red sauce, but still had the pasta component that the little one loves. And I also thought it was delicious. Thanks!

I read the reviews and saw that quite a few people called this bland and dry. I thought I could maybe make it less so. While the noodles were cooking, I sauteed a diced onion and minced garlic in butter until they were translucent. I then added the cream of chicken, diced chicken and added two cups of milk. After that had warmed through, I added a drained can of Mexi-corn and the cheese, only I used extra sharp. I also added a couple shakes of worchestershire and Tabasco. After I mixed the pasta and sauce together and spread it in an 9x13 baking dish, I sprinkled it with more cheese and a little paprika. This makes A LOT. I should have halved it. It's quick to prepare with most ingredients that a lot of people have on hand and it's kid friendly. The kids loved it, the adults were indifferent. For a quick meal, this worked but the wow factor just wasn't there, even with a little more flavor added.

I made this for supper last night, my husband and I loved it! It did seem to be missing some flavor, but it was nothing that extra pepper couldn't take care of. The next time I will try adding some cream cheese to it. This recipe will be a keeper, thanks for sharing!!

added a bunch of stuff, like onion flakes, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, two different kind of cheeses. Tried tomatoes as well, kinda like alfrado sauce.
