Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti
SUBMITTED BY:
Ann Robinson
"I actually created this recipe out of desperation. My son Charlie was a picky eater when he was young, so I put together some of the things he likes. To this day, he says it's his favorite dish!"

This is a really good base recipe. It just needs some spicing up. I added one tsp. of both onion and garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes, and I stirred in some parmesean cheese as well. Very good! My husband loved it!

Made this when I needed a quick meal that would use up leftover fried chicken. I did add 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, and some parmeson cheese. All four kids and husband liked it. Hardly anything left. Easy to make on a busy night.

Really very happy with this and DH liked it too. Usually he doesn't care for anything casserole-like but he approved of this one easily. Yay! Next time he requests I add some diced tomatoes which sounds good to me too. Really very pleased with it all the way around! Thanks!

it wasn't the most esthetically pleasing, but once my husband actually tried it he really liked it,and so did I its kind of like a baked alfredo, I also added garlic and italian seaoning my husband suggested that next time I use mozzerella instead of cheddar and maybe add some mushrooms... over all aa good easy comfort food.

I really like this recipe but like another reveiwer pointed out that it can be a little dry. I like to add a 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. To make it even richer I sometimes will add 4oz of cream cheese. Yummy!

This was pretty good. I only had 1 cup of chicken so I added about a cup of frozen mixed veggies. I also added a little parmesan to the mix and some garlic powder. Still a little bit bland, could use some more salt. Good easy dinner though!

Very simple dish. I used the cream soup base from this site instead of the canned soups and used ff milk. I added some garlic powder and I doubled the recipe for my 9x13 pan. Worked great, even made it early and kept it in the fridge until I needed to put it in the oven for 1/2hour.

This is easy, yet delicious. The nice thing about this recipe is that is can serve as a tasty starting point that allows for elaboration. I like to spice this up by using Rotel and thicken the sauce by using 4 oz of cream cheese instead of the milk. When I make it that way, it tastes great, even when I use low fat/healthy alternative ingredients.

I tried this recipe out in the daycare where I work. All the kids loved it. I had to make it again for dinner, and tried it with some garlic and red pepper on the chicken. I must say, it was better the 2nd time around.
