I think this ends up being more like a quiche than a chicken pie - I thought it would have something like a bisquit top, but the egg and bisquit mix mixes with the cheese and surrounds the broccoli and chicken. The end result is that the filling stays soft. And I cooked this in too deep a pan, so it was somewhat watery. I'll try it again in a real pie pan, and maybe try to get some of the water out of the broccoli.
