I can be impulsive when it comes to food. Made 1/2 recioe for breakfast on a whim. Yummy! Use good, sharp cheddar and a good quality mustard. Also, a shake of Frank's hot sauce gave it a bit of zing. I will make these again - maybe for lunch this time!

These are very bland and taste like flour. They sounded so great but they were not great at all. We were trying to figure out if a dipping sauce that would help but we couldn't think of anything.

This recipe was so easy to adapt! I doubled it, added chopped green onion, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and used half vegetable shortening and half margarine. I also added a teaspoon of baking powder to make them light and fluffy! Can't wait to change the recipe in new and interesting ways!

I followed the advice of another reviewer to add baking soda and I was disappointed. They still turned out flat and somewhat bland.

Super easy and quick, my boyfriend loves them and I can make them quick and easy whenever he wants them. Sometimes replace ground mustard with garlic or onion powder, and you MUST add baking powder/soda or else they will turn out like flat cookies. Also helps to puff out through a pastry bag (or as I do, cut the corner off a ziploc bag).

i searched several websites for a good cheese puff recipe. This one was quick, easy and delicious. I added a pinch of cayenne pepper and a salt instead of the dried mustard.
