I have never commented on anything, but this is SO worth it. I made this for 4 people and it was gone in a matter of minutes. i did add a little garlic powder to the mix and oiled both sides of bread (as previously mentioned) i also put some extra Parmesan cheese on both sides as I toasted it and it just gave it some extra flavor. This recipe is saved in my favorites forever! I posted my picture on Facebook and had multiple people ask when they were coming over for some!! DEFINITELY TRY THIS RECIPE!

Loved this!! Used a little bit of plain greek yogurt that I had laying around and I didn't measure any of the ingredients, just eyeballed and I got so many compliments. Thanks!

This recipe reminds me of Paula Deens Tomato pie! Excellent! I skipped the Basil as I am not a big fan, but otherwise followed this exactly, thanks for sharing!

Husband loves it. He's not a huge fan of traditional bruschetta, so adding the cheese and making it creamier with the mayo made it much better for him. Personally, I found it a bit rich, but I'll make it again. Definitely recommend adding some garlic and brushing some olive oil on both sides of the bread before toasting it.

I would usually only use oil and vinegar with tomato and onion, but wanted to try something new. I didn't have most of the original ingredients, so I can't give a 5 rating. I used the cheddar cheese, oregano, and mayo... but added a baby cucumber skinned and sliced, a few sprigs of dill, about a half tsp of garlic powder, and half tsp of mustard powder. was excellent! No doubt would be even better with Parmesan too, next time. The best tips from this recipe is to seed the tomatoes, toast the bread before, and add mayo! thanks

absolutely delicious although i used fresh basil with mine by chopping it up finely and adding it to tomatoes, i took out the mayo because it didn't sound appetizing and ended up drizzling balsamic over the top of it once cooked... times and temps greatly appreciated though.

I tried this recipe the other night for an Italian night with friends and it worked great! I substituted Alfredo sauce for the mayo and used a white cheese blend, several asked for the recipe.

This recipe is excellent!!!! A must try for sure. Great for serving to your guest as an appetizer with a glass of wine before sitting at the table. I did put about 1 Tbsp less of the mayo. I will be doing this one again for sure.
