I made this chicken thinking i was going to have something great to serve. While it was fine it wasn't anything to rave about. I made the recipe exactly as stated.

I give it 4 stars because I changed a few things and I don't like when people give 5 stars after making changes! I left out the cereal because that didn't appeal to us. Instead I used A LOT more cheese (around 2 cups) and slightly more breadcrumbs to coat the chicken. It causes messy fingers when making but it comes together real quick and easily. We followed the recipe exactly otherwise. I prepared a few hours early and put it in the fridge until time to bake. I used one Quorn veggie "Chick'n" for me and just placed it in the center with the real chicken surrounding it. I loved my veggie chicken. My husband and friends said the real chicken was yummy, flavorful, and juicy. They loved it too. Serve with any kind of rice, veggies, and biscuits!

Awesome chicken ~ I use french fried onions instead of rice crispy's ~ the flavor is tremendous.

This was really good, I didn't have any rice cereal so I substituted Panko bread crumbs, I also only had a cheddar pepper jack cheese blend, still delish!

Really good! I did decrease the butter both in the pan and to pour over the chicken. Also used garlic flavored bread crumbs because that's what I had. Yummy!!

splendid! just splendid! Ijudged by eye as too how much to add to the chicken I used. Worked out great! I kept chicken in for an hour as I had double the amount.
