I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out okay. It seemed like it needed something else to make it more flavorful. Would make again but would add some more seasoning or maybe some vegetables.

This was so fantastic!! My fiance' loved it so much I actually had to make another piece for him to take to work for lunch. I didn't have any rice cereal so I just used the seasoned bread crumbs. I served it with rice and green beans!!! It was buttery, cheesey, tender and so delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe!

Excellent!!!! My whole family loved it, next time I have to double the recipe because they all wanted seconds. The chicken was so tender and juicy. It had just the right amount of flavor and very easy to make. I will definitely be cooking this again.

This was a good. I made as written except I used cooking spray in the dish rather than all that butter, and I didn't put any butter on top. It was enjoyed by everyone. Took 45 minutes to bake.

Fast and easy. My husband loved it. I did add just a teaspoon of red pepper to give a it tiny kick. Might add a little more next time.

This was a family favorite. My husband is very picky and had to please. I prepared this with au'gratin taters and spinach. Wow from my 8 yr old. I eliminated the cereal and I don't think you need that much butter. This will definitely be included in our family dinner menu.

I just thought that this recipes was alright. The coating was very tasty and crispy, but the chicken wasn't the greatest. I'm going to try it again and marinate the chicken before hand. I also think these would be better as a chicken finger type of dish.

This recipe is terrific! Made a few adjustments due to lack of ingredients. No bread crumbs, so I used matzo meal w/1 tsp. Italian herbs; used 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 provelone cheese and to add a little "zing", 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper. Delicious!

I Really enjoyed this recipe, unfortunatly my husband didn't. I did what someone else recommended. I used plain bread crumbs and added Italian seasoning. I baked at 350 for 45 minutes. Thanks

Great flavor! I added 1 teaspoon of cumin to the flour mixture. Instead of using the cereal and bread crumbs, used Panko Break Crumbs (found at any Asian foods store or section of your local grocery store). Thought it improved the recipe 100%!!

As a family we enjoyed this dish. I used 4 chicken breast and halfed everything else, and it was plenty to coat all (with the exception of the butter, which I used all recommended in the recipe to spread over the chicken breast, which worked out well). I would highly recommend this recipe.

Very good. I used turkey breast filets and left out the cereal (I didn't have any). I also left out the egg and just used milk (also didn't have eggs). The turkey was VERY moist and cheesy. Like many others, I also reduced the flour mixture by half but used the full amount of everything else.

I made this last night and it was wonderful. Thank you very much for the recipe. The only thing I did differently was I added ritz crackers for the breading instead of the bread crumbs and cereal. Next time I make it, I will inject the chicken with garlic and herb seasoning to give the chicken a little more flavor. I will make again, Thanks! :)

Yum! Yum! Easy to make and it tastes great! I only had plain breadcrumbs so I just added some oregano, basil, onion powder and a little italian seasoning to the crumb mixture.

I found this recipe and thought I would give it a try. It sounded easy with hardly any ingredient, yet it was a 5 star recipe. I had my doubts. However, I made it last night and it was really good. The chicken was so tender. I will definitely be making this one again.
