I loved this recipe, but my husband wasn't a fan at all. I think he likes his cereal with mild in a bowl on not on chicken!

Besides eye-balling all of the measurements I made no adjustments and this turned out great. It has made it into the regular rotation.

Absolutely delicious!Just be careful to not over cook.As soon as it turns golden brown take it out or it will be dry.

Reduced from 1/4 cup butter to 2 TBSP butter - perfect amount! Also substituted Pepperidge Farms Herb seasoned stuffing for the italian bread crumbs since it was all I had. Worked wonderful. Everyone in my family loved it. The Rice crispies gave it just the right amount of crisp and my husband didn't even realize I used them. I served with mashed potatoes and on a whim made a cream gravy that I added cheddar to at the end of cooking. Everyone loved it!

This was very good, the chicken was moist, but I thought it was much too salty. Next time I'll halve the salt.

Followed recipe exactly except I used boneless thighs. The cooking directions left them very very tender. Could use a little more flavor though. Maybe some kind of herb like rosemary or even a little oregano. I thought the leftovers were better than the original serving. Worth trying to doctor up a little.

I don't usually like home-baked chicken, but this was pretty good. I used fillets instead of full-thickness breasts, 1 cup italian Panko crumbs instead of cereal and bread crumbs, cut the butter in half and baked 50 minutes at 350 degrees. The bottom of the chicken was a little soggy from sitting in the butter. Next time I'll use even less butter or skip it altogether. I've tried about a half dozen baked chicken recipes so far, and this is my favorite. Thanks for sharing.

I absolutely LOVED this!!!! My husband also thought is was good. My one and two year olds also ate it and enjoyed it. In the future I will cut down the mixture amounts. I had quite a bit left over.

This reminds me a bit of a shake&bake recipe. It was really easy and I must admit, the texture makes it so delicious. I definitely think I will need to make this with my 9 year old brother when he comes to visit this week. No doubt he'd get a kick out of chicken with rice crispies!

This was very good! I don't think all of that butter was necessary and I would probably not coat the dish in butter next time, maybe just some cooking spray. Still, it was very moist and tasty! My kids and husband loved it!

Used the olive oil spray instead of butter in the pan, but otherwise followed directions using brown puffed rice cereal. Everyone loved this. We'll be making this again and again.
