My picky children really liked this so it is a keeper. I made it just as directed, except I omitted the butter on the bottom of the cookie sheet. I also used SmartBalance instead of butter on the top.

Very good!! We just ate this. So easy to make and pretty inexpensive. I just sprayed the bottom of the pan with Crisco, then followed recipe exactly. I did add a dash of onion powder to the flour mixture. Mine took about 50 minutes to bake, but my chicken breasts were fat. I think the time varies for everyone. I served with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. Thank you for this wonderful recipe, I will make again soon!!!!!

Awesome recipe! I made a couple of little changes, I did not have cereal so I added a little extra bread crumbs. Also I used chicken tenderloins so it took only about 25minutes to cook. For the cheese I used a garlic cheddar which added great flavor also I added some Parmesan cheese. I cooked and served the chicken over rice.

I made this a couple nights ago and it's really good! I only gave it four stars because I think it could have just a little touch more flavor. I'm going to try adding a little lemon pepper next time or dry mustard maybe. I didn't have the cereal so I left that out and I used croutons instead of bread crumbs. I also didn't have cheddar so I used Mozzarella instead.. that may have made the difference. It stayed nice and moist and we really enjoyed it! I will DEFINITELY make this again... several times!

I hate to give this a bad rating, but I followed the recipe exactly, and it was nothing *wow* for us. The chicken was baked perfect, but this was really lacking in flavor.

I did not expect this to be as good as it was, but it was AWESOME! My kids are not big meat eaters at all and they kept asking for more and more. I put it on broil at the end and thanks to a phone call, left it under there a little too long and burnt the top, and it still turned out great!

This is a delicious dish! I usually prefer fried or grilled chicken over oven-baked chicken...but this is great! I wouldn't change a thing. I cut the chicken into pieces & mixed it in rice & canned corn & it was so tasty! Thanks Judy for this wonderful dish! This would defintely be a dish for kids too!

Wow, this was a great dish! I usually don't like oven-baked chicken, but this was juicy and delicious. The cheddar and all the seasonings were soooo good! Thanks, Judy! =)

Easy, Yummy and solid recipe. I followed the directions to a tee. This recipe gave me an excuse to buy my favorite childhood cereal :)I as well did not melt the pan with butter instead I just sprayed it with non-stick spray. Served with Asparagus and Linquine with red sauce. Next time I will serve with fries or mashed instead of pasta. The pasta added a Italian flair that didn't match the chicken. Thanks Judy for a quick week day meal!!

We love this in my house. It was a big hit with friends too - everyone always has seconds. I skip the cereal and I spray my baking dish with non-stick canola oil instead of coating with butter.

These were pretty tasty. My kids enjoyed them and that is always a plus. The only thing I did different was used chicken tenders. They do need a bit more seasoning but that's okay so that's why I gave a four star. Other than that, they were pretty good. Enjoy!

Excellent flavor! I used Panko Italian bread crumbs and enjoyed the crunchy coating and 6 chicken cutlets. There was plenty of coating for all 6 pieces of chicken. A keeper!

I thought this was pretty good, but it needs more seasoning. My kids liked it, so I gave it an extra star for accomplishing something most recipes can't.
