These are VERY TASTY!!! However they are a coronary waiting to happen. I would deffinately use less Mayo next time, and some low fat cheese because they were greasy. But they are very good to eat. I will make them again in a healthier way.

I make these using lower fat ingredients as well as using crackers (wheat thins or similar) rather than bread. They are really, really easy to do. During the holidays, I keep the topping prepared and ready to go. In ten minutes we can have hot appetizers ready.

I'm not sure if I did something wrong but these toasts came out terrible. I suppose it could just be my sence of taste but my husband and friends agreed these toasts taste like they have far to much mayonaise in then, in fact thats all you can taste. I actually used slightly less mayo than the recipe called for.

I'm trying different appetisers for my daughter's birthday party at the end of the month. These are definitely going to appear on the menu. Quick, easy and delicious. I also like the idea of adding green onions to the mix as another reviewer suggested. Thankyou.

This was so quick, easy, and tasty. I think next time I might add a little bit of green onions to the mix for color and flavor, but the recipe is certainly stands alone very well. This has gone into my file of last minute and easy to make recipes!
