I liked the idea that this recipe didn't call for any crusts and that it was easy. I didn't have artichoke hearts so I used mushrooms and spinach instead which was good. I listened to other posters and used less than half the amount of cheese and I'm glad I did. Overall, not bad but way too spongy to be good mini quiches

These were weird. They weren't bad, they just seemed to be missing a flavor note. I used all the ingredients as listed except only put in one bag of cheese. After one bag there was SO much cheese in the mixture I cannot believe this recipe calls for 2. I made them in a 9x9 pan and cut into bite-sized cubes, then brought them to a family gathering where everyone ate them and said they were good (they are very addicting). However, once they got cold no one ate them, and I definitely feel that they are much, much better warm. I'll make them again but I am going to tweak it - I think Parmesan or asiago cheese would make this fantastic.

Although I followed the recipe, I took note of the reviews and only used just over half the cheese. Even so, although quite tasty when hot, they were very tarte and cheesy. Although I will do something similar the recipe will change to include spinach and or mushrooms and less cheese. PS... I also made mini quiches with this filling.

Mods to make excellent quiche. 12oz artichoke hearts, only 8oz sharp shredded cheese, prepared pie crust, and 1/4 cup half and half. Follow recipe except bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean. Let set 5 minutes before serving.

These were good but I would make some changes next time. I cut the cheese in half and I would cut more next time. I would also add an extra egg or two. Taste was great though. (For my over they were a touch over-done so next time I would cook them at 300 instead)

This was so yummy! I think next time I might decrease the cheese a bit and add some spinach. But as the recipe is now, it was very good.

These were a big hit at the holidays, everyone loved them. I think I will add a tad more spice next time, just to give them a little kick.

Not very good. I doubled the recipe and baked in a pan to bring as an appetizer to a party for ease of transporting. I reduced the cheese per recommendations. The recipe didn't have much flavor to me.

I won't be making these again. They were too spongy and had way to much cheese for me to enjoy them. Just the thought of eating 100% spongy baked cheese made me uncomfortable, thought other people did like them.
