This was pretty good. Hubby and I both agreed this would have been better on a different bread than rye. I used Russian Rye. I was afraid the horseradish would be too strong, but I couldn't even taste it. I used beefy onion soup mix as that is all I had besides mushroom onion. I heated mine up, hubby had his cold. These were good, but next time we'll use a sub sandwich roll or ciabatta bread instead and add a slice of cheddar cheese too.

Used this spread on rolls and home-made bread for roast beef sandwiches with melted pepper-jack cheese and roasted peppers! AWESOME!!!
