I cheated and used a package of slaw mix. I found it a little too sweet, so next time I will cut back on the sugar.

Love this recipe. Taste is like pickles. Even my husband who hates traditional coleslaw recipes, loves this.

If you like sweet slaw, you will love this. Very easy, but be sure you make it a day ahead so it can spend all night in the fridge. I used a packaged cole slaw mix and added the peppers.

Fast and easy! and Good!! I used Red Wine Vinegar as the Vinegar. I also added touch more celery seed to suit our tastes. Red and Green bell peppers looked wonderful with the carrots and the lighter green of the cabbage. I did omit the salt, we didn't need it. It was flavorful enough without it. Wonderful with the meal and to snack on.
