Wonderful combination of flavors. This dressing has real k-i-c-k! I used extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable. For me, it has a better flavor and health benefits.

I omit the paprika and use this dressing over coleslaw. I just add everything to a blender, and mix on high for about a minute.

Good base recipe....add 1/4 cup honey, a tsp of lemon juice. Make with tri-color rotini pasta. Serve cold with fresh diced strawberries!
