Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in vinegar and onion. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over fresh fruit or salad greens.
