We loved this dish! It was very easy to make and the breadcrumb topping was delicious. I didn't add the extra cheddar cheese and we didn't miss it. I'll make this again for sure.

My family really LOVED this. I found it very easy. Something different with veggies. I was going to reduce the amount of butter, but the bread crunbs needed it. It was Great!
