Loved this recipe!!! Really easy and tons of flavor!!! Next time I think I will add an extra can of corn and possibly a can of black beans... YUMMY!!!

I made it twice. The second time I cut the chicken into bite size pieces instead of shredding it. It was easier and I thought better. I also used 4 chicken breasts instead of 8 and there was still plenty of chicken in the soup. I also substituted whole tomatoes with diced.(personal preference) This is the best soup I've had so far on this website!

This soup rocks!! Spicy, hearty and easy to make. Not for one on a sodium restricted diet- but not many soups are!! Great for a cold winter dinner! Makes alot, so invite some friends for soup.

This recipe was super easy and delicous. the only differences in mine was that i added some chopped jalapenos, as well as cayanne pepper, cumin, and extra chili powder. It turned out amazing and every loved it. Cant wait to make it again. Also, the chicken (before putting it in the soup) was amazing and was made again as the main dish of a seperate meal.

This soup was really good! I didn't use as much sour cream and it was still really good. Once we poured our individual bowls we added a spoonful of sour cream, which was really good. I didn't think it was that spicy either but we added a little cayenne pepper to add a little kick to it. Overall, we were very pleased.

This is a great recipe! If you have kids who don't like spicy foods, just leave the chili powder for last and separate into two pots before adding to yours. Also, I didn't quite "get" the whole tomatoes... I think it would be better to just use all diced tomatoes.

I made this for a church dinner and was overwhelmed with requests for the recipe. I only had breasts on the bone from which I had to remove the meat. They worked wonderfully.

This soup was so good. The only reason why I rated it a 4 is because I expected it to be more spicy, so I had to add some green hot sauce to it and it not only made it more spicy but also gave it a tangy flavor that I loved.

This soup rocked! I made some minor changes, cut back the chicken breasts to 5, used chilli ready tomatoes with green chiles, frozen corn instead of canned, and canned chicken broth. Fabulous!

This soup is great! I followed the advice of some others and used a crock pot to simmer and topped with sour cream at the end. However, I ended up putting the soup on the stove and mixing in sour cream. Follow the recipe as written, and the dish will be a hit.
