Great recipe! I don't use whole tomatoes or chili powder, and instead of the 2 cans off peeled, diced tomatos, 2 small cans of hot (or even extra hot--love spicy food) Rotel, then also I add about 1/2 a small jar of the spicy cheese whiz. Crock pot is a great way to go.

It's very good the way it is but I definitely thought there should have been more chicken. Other than that, I'd say it's good enough to make again.

Love this soup. I use chicken broth instead of water, and omit the tomato soup and sour cream, but still tastes fantastic.

I did change some things but the most important thing I added was a bottle of beer! Let the soup simmer with the beer for thirty minutes (the alcohol boils off) and enjoy the full flavor it will add to the soup!

I didn't give 5 stars because I modified it, but it deserves 4 for the flavor and idea. Read the reviews and suggestions of others.

This is a great recipe. A friend came over: it wasn't spicy enough for him. He felt topping it with pepper-jack cheese and adding a little bit of tabasco would have made it perfect. I think it's great as is. I made it in the crock-pot, but instead of chicken bullion, I used "Better than Bullion" (first ingredient is chicken, rather than salt) and didn't put any salt into the recipe. I also only put 1 cup of water. I'm definitely making this one again :)

Very easy and delicious. I used a George Foreman to cook my chicken instead of boiling, but still kept the broth simmering separate. Very good, thanks!

I made this soup out of left over chicken....Wow! Amazing! To save time I just cut the chicken into small pieces and because my husband doesn't like really spicy foods I only added 1 tbls of chili powder instead of 3. I'd recomend this recipe over and over again. Delicious!

This was a great meal to warm you up on a snowy day. It was my first attempt at making a soup from scratch, and i was pleasantly surprised it was really quiet easy. I may have went a little crazy with the chilli powder so mine was very spicy but me and my boyfriend like spicy foods so i'll definetly be making it again!!

Everyone loved this. As another reviewer suggested, made the tortilla strips to go along with it. Only had 3 bouillon cubes, so added 2 TBSP poultry seasoning to the water that just covered the 8 chicken breast halves and cooked 20 minutes. While they were cooling, sauteed the onion and garlic till soft and clear; then added a jar of Newman's black bean and corn salsa, can of petite diced tomatoes, can of tomato soup and 2 cans of spicy chili beans. Cut up the chicken and added along with the broth and about 10 ounces drained yogurt. It was a very healthy hit at the family gathering!

This soup is amazing! It has the perfect combination of heat and flavor. It smells fantastic when cooking and tastes even better. I did cut back the chicken, I used two breasts. I also used a bag of frozen corn instead of canned. I will be using this recipe for years to come! Thanks
