Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pound pork spareribs
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 quarts water

Directions

  1. Wash the pork ribs, potatoes, and carrots.
  2. Put water, pork ribs, potatoes, and carrots into a pot and boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Simmer and cook for 3 to 4 hours or until ribs are completely cooked. Can also be made in a crockpot set at low for 6 to 8 hours.
