"A somewhat spicy, yet very healthy soup to suit your hunger. Garnish this soup with chopped, fresh cilantro, thinly sliced scallions, a dollop of plain yogurt, and additional chopped chile peppers, if you like."

onion, finely chopped
peeled baby carrots
instant brown rice
2 (14.5 ounce) cans
fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
chopped green chile peppers
fresh lime juice
This soup needs to be thinned out with more cream or chicken stock.
Not as great as I thought it would be. Tasted too strong (lime, carrots and onions? ack!), was very thick and odd colored (a gooey orange-milky color).
Gross and not satisfying at all.
This soup is healthy and very flavorful. Its a meal in itself
We were disappointed with this soup. The soup was missing something so we added sugar, no help; we added rice vinegar, no help.
