I didn't follow this recipe exactly, but I really like the honey and cinnamon in it.

This is a great healthy way to make Carrot Raisin salad. I made a couple slight substitutions. I used plain greek yogurt and soaked my golden raisins in water for about 15 minutes so they would plump up. My husband and I love nuts, so I added in some chopped walnuts to give it more texture and crunch.

I doubled the recipe. After tasting it I decided to add an additional tablespoon of mayo. I also added an additional teaspoon of honey (rounding it up to an even tablespoon.)That gave it more flavor. I really liked the hint of cinnamon. I liked this salad and would make it again. The family loved it.

I had high hopes for this given its healthy ingredients. But the taste was just off - not what you expect from a carrot raisin salad. My family just didn't care for it. Thanks for sharing, though - think it's just a matter of different tastes.

This was easy to make. I liked it, although not crazy about it. My husband didn't think much of it at all. I'll probably make it again.

A nice, basic recipe that I would make a few adjustments to. Next time I would cut the plain yogurt down to 1/4 cup, the mayo down to 1 tablespoon and make the cinnamon optional.

This is a winner. I doubled the quantity but otherwise followed it to the letter. My family loved it but they didn't know there was mayo in there. (Everyone hates mayo but me). Honestly, I think straight yogurt with no mayo may be the way to go on this one. People love this because it's a sweet salad and mayo adds a bit of an unwelcome tang. Definitely use a food processor to shred all those carrots and don't be shy with the raisins or the cinnamon.

I liked this recipe. I made a large bowl for my family and they ate every bite. I did add twice the honey listed in this recipe. I think the cinnamon adds a nice twist. I will keep this recipe and use it.

I liked this, DH didn't. He really disliked the cinnamon in this. I kinda did like the cinnamon. I didn't have yogurt, so I used sour cream instead. This is a decent recipe, even with the cinnamon. I'm glad I tried it, thanks Marlene.

Delicious, easy recipe! Healthy, too. Low fat yogurt and mayo works nicely. I'll be making this one of my summer salad staples.

Really good! I made this just as listed, substituting only lowfat mayo and yoghurt for the full fat kind. We really liked it. Nice and healthy, too! I think this is something kids might even eat!

Delicious and simple! I used a little sugar instead of honey but used the suggested ratio of yogurt to mayo. I hesitated to add the cinnamon but it adds a subtle flavor that we liked and is definitely healthier.

Very good! I did increase the mayo quite a bit though. I probably used almost equal parts of mayo and yogurt. Really great salad :)
