I used navy beans instead out of persoanl preference and per the other review I added some green onions and a few mushrooms I had. The color and texture is good but there was something lacking in flavor for us. Maybe a splash of vinegar or more salt? Not sure but all in all it was a good recipe.

Great color and texture contrast! I used lime instead of the lemon juice because I like that taste with cilantro. It's a good salad, but to make it better, next time I will use 1 tsp. lemon pepper and add some chopped onion.
