This is a great, healthy recipe! LOVED IT!! I changed some things to what I had on hand. I used 2 C of whole wheat flour, 1/2 C almond flour & 1/2 C ground flax seed. Added an extra banana, instead of oil I added 1/2 C drained crushed pineapple, more of the 'caribbean' flair... and in addition to the vanilla extract, I added 1/2 tsp almond extract. I had to bake a bit longer then called for but with any recipe cook it until the tooth pick comes out clean. Great flavor! Will be making again & again!
