good flavor. the sweet potatoes were much tastier than the russerts. i'd be tempted to go all sweet potatoes next time around.

This is tasty, but I'd sub celery for cucumbers next time - the cucumbers were weird. The dressing is great though. I might also add pickles next time

Took this to a bbq last night, and it flopped. Not necessarily because of the flavor, but because only 2 people tried it (myself included). I thought it was *ok* but not great, and won't be making it again.

This is a unique and delicious recipe! It was beter right away, so I would recommend not letting it 'stoop' before serving!

Yum! Everyone loved this! And finally a recipe that acknowledges that different types of potatoes do not cook at the same rate! I made it exactly as written and it turned out perfectly.

Awesome! Got rave reviews from a very mixed crowd of palates. Left out cukes, added some grated fresh ginger, totally awesome! I couldn't stop sampling myself!

I love this stuff! If I take it to a potluck and IF there is any left, I go home and eat it all myself! I always get compliments on it. I promote myself as a non-cook and when I make this, my girlfriends accuse me of sand-bagging. I use any kind of nuts I have available.

I made this for dinner today....my husband and I loved it! Next time will serve slightly chilled. I also used frozen corn and mixed in with water at the last minute, then drained everything together. Did not use peanuts - I don't think I would have liked it. Would have given 5 stars - but I hate chopping & peeling!

I've just made this recipe for the first time. It is delicious and well worth repeating. For a start, it contains ALL my favourite ingredients and the tangy freshness of line juice with the sweetness of the potato is delightful. I didn't have any peanuts in the storecupboard so I used 2 tsps of crunchy peanut butter which I beat into the limejuice. It was good, but I think peanuts would have been better. Many thanks to you, Jessica, for this hugely tasty dish!

Delicious. I had to make one change. Since I am unable to have nuts, I tossed in Chick Peas in place of the nuts. That is not due to the fault of the recipe. I would've loved to have the nuts.

This is a keeper! I made this for the holiday weekend with the Jerk Chicken and it was fantastic. The only "criticism" was that there wasn't enough.

Very good consistency, but favor-wise this was lacking. I ended up putting tons of spices on after the fact--once it was served.
