Excellent! I found it a little tangy, but that could have been cured by a little extra boiling! I poured it over chicken and served with rice & beans.
A little more cayenne and ginger and this instantly became my new Island BBQ sauce.....
We thought this was a very tasty sweet and tangy bbq, but we didn't think so much of the Caribbean flavor came though.
