Although I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, southern barbecue was a big part of my youth. Coming up with unique BBQ sauces was family fun. Excellent! I found it a little tangy, but that could have been cured by a little extra boiling! I poured it over chicken and served with rice & beans.
A little more cayenne and ginger and this instantly became my new Island BBQ sauce.....
