This was okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to make it again, though. I should have trusted my initial thoughts about wanting to add more candied fruit to the batter - the 1/2 cup seemed almost negligible. Nothing spectacular about the taste, although it WAS tasty. Very much like a pound cake in a loaf pan.
