Love the versatility. Made this as written initially and loved the flavor combo - great with stews, tuna salad, etc. I've made this three more times since finding it a month ago -- have made with rosemary/nutmeg, sage/nutmeg/dried mustard and am making it right now with cardamom/coriander. YUM!

Very good loaf! This loaf rose REALLY high, I started in BM & finished in oven. I didn't add the parsley to this (found I was out of dried & our parsley in our garden has died ): ). I loved the combination of caraway & dill! Ate this w/ tomato soup, so yummy!
