A creamy blend of cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs is seasoned with garlic powder, oregano and parsley, then stuffed into magnificent jumbo shells of pasta. Simply blanket with spaghetti sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake.

For a stunning main dish, stuff jumbo shells with a savory blend of beef and onions, then bake them between layers of tomato sauce enriched with cottage cheese, basil, oregano and garlic. Be sure to grate mozzarella over the top to make a lovely melt.

Jumbo pasta shells are stuffed with a creamy mixture of tofu, carrot, zucchini, onion and three cheeses and baked in a savory tomato sauce. You can omit the ricotta cheese, and egg white if desired. Or substitute soy cheeses for a vegan version. 

Easy Italian Stuffed Shells and Meatballs

This is a quick and tasty alternative to lasagna! Use frozen stuffed shells and Italian meatballs to complete this casserole. If desired, you may prepare this up to two days in advance, simply insert into the oven when ready to bake.
