Tasty treat! The day I wanted to make these, I had them skewered and ready for the grill... and then a thunderstorm hit. Did them in the oven instead, and they were pretty good! 400 degrees until the internal temp reaches 130 (internal temp will rise 5-10 degrees as the meat rests).
