YOU WILL LOVE THIS PIE!!! Great reviews from my family at Christmas. Several reviews stated that the cook time could be increased - I did not find that to be true. I am not a pecan pie lover - but this one will be made annually from here on out!

Such a delicious pie! I used a regular 9 inch pie tin and it filled it perfectly. I did use 1 1/2 cup pecans as suggested. I can't wait for christmas so I can make this again!

Best Pecan Pie EVER!!! Every single family member that partook in this dish absolutely loved it (even those sceptical of Pecan Pie thoroughly enjoyed it)!! It was the first dessert eaten up and the first requested for the next family event!! Thank you!! : ) Tip: I did add about 10 extra caramel pieces so not to waste any in the bag. YUMMY!!

I loved this! Sweet but I suppose that's how pecan pie usually is. I might try to blend this recipe with the normal cornsyrup approach to see if I can achieve perfection. If you do this with the Best Ever Pie Crust (I use half butter and half shortening and sugar in the crust also) it will be outstanding!

I don't even like pecans, but this pie is out of this world! I did find that it would be helpful to use one of the deep-dish pie crusts, because the filling almost overflowed. My guests all loved it!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a VERY big hit with all the pecan pie lovers! Everyone wanted the recipe. I didn't think it was tough to make at all. It was a tad long melting the caramels but that by far was the most tedious part. I used brown sugar rather than white and used a deep dish pie crust. I used pecan pieces because the pecan halves were WAY too expensive! And for pretty presentation I placed a few chocolate chips and extra nuts on top when I took it from the oven. Tasty! Will make again!!!
