Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the wafer crumbs and butter. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. In a microwave, heat caramel topping on high for 1-2 minutes or until warm. Drizzle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until chips are melted. Cool on a wire rack.
