Following other reviewers, I added more cream cheese and less liquid from the start, but found the honey flavor was dominant. So I added more cinnamon and caramel sauce, but then it was kind of bland, and I also thought the consistency was too fluffy, not sturdy enough. So then we added Peanut Butter! And that improved the flavor and texture. Next time we might just omit the caramel sauce altogether.

I was expecting something a little more rich in the caramel department. This recipe is VERY creamy. Best if you get a large dollop on each apple slice so you can really get the flavor of the caramel. Pretty good, but no one really gobbled this at my get together. Probably won't make it again.

Tried this for a brunch/get together with the girls. I didn't have regular caramel topping so used what I had- butterscotch caramel topping!! It was so fantastic & tasted so much like a caramel apple I tossed in some chopped peanuts & it was like heaven! I'll be adding this to my staple appetizer list & using teh butterscotch caramel from now on.

I just made this for my daughter's Halloween Party at school tomorrow. It is so delicious. I originally doubled the recipe and made another type of fruit dip to take also. I quickly changed my mind and quadrupled this recipe. We are going to serve it with apple slices. The kids are going to LOVE it. THANKS!!!!

I put a little too much caramel and honey and it completely ruined the consistency - be aware!

This fruit dip is so delicious, I had to use an apple to scrape the bowl of every drop! I can't wait to serve it tomorrow for our holiday get-together!

Skip the fruit and go right to the spoon. Total, one hundred percent YUM. Make two batches, though, if you have four people---this recipe is just enough for two with lots of fruit.
