This recipe is a great combination of flavors. I used salt, pepper, and garlic to season the pork chops and doubled the sauce, and it turned out great.

I'm a vegetarian but my fiancee is not. He loves porkchops and he's EXTREMELY PICKY!!! I've been experimenting with adding fruits to porkchops and he's been reasonably tolerant. I decided to cook this recipe for him (sans pecans) and he loved it and asked if I'd make this again. Thanks so much for sharing, this recipe will be in our "frequently served" file.

Loved it. Doubled sauce as recommended by other reviews. Tips: Chops should be left out at room temp for 1/2 hour before frying. I put salt & pepper on chops, dredged in flour before pan frying 5 mins each side. Flour helps sauce stick to chop when poured on top.

My entire family really liked this. Kids loved the apples. I doubled the sauce, as many reviews recommended, and added an extra apple. Will make again, thank you!

Absolutely fabulous. I will make this again and again. Do double or even triple the amount of sauce though, it will go fast!

Yummy! This recipe is wonderful. My 5 year old son requested this and my husban said gee I'm not hungry(meaning I think that sound gross!). I made it anyway and while it was cooking it smelled awesome. My husban said well maybe I'll try a bite. Well his bite turned into 2 chops and a request for it again! Thanks for sharing.

I love this recipe! My Fiance and I have it almost once a week! I always double the sauce and I also add apple juice to the sauce, which helps make a little bit more. Also, I took advice from other reviewers and I marinade the pork chops for about 8 hours with 2 parts apple juice to one part low-sodium soy sauce! The chops come out moist and delicious!

I'm not a big pork chops fan but I always like to mix it up a little bit and this recipe was excellent. I doubled the sauce like some people suggested and it turned out to be the perfect amount for my family of three (with just enough left over to drizzle over the extra chop and have for lunch the next day). I also decided to bake them since I thought it sounded harder to mess up and am glad I did. Very juicy and delightful :).

This recipe was delicious! I didn't have any apples, so I used two peaches instead. It didn't peel them, and the color of the peel added a lot to the presentation. It turned out great (I haven't made it with apples so I don't know how it would compare). I followed other people's advice to double the sauce.

Amazing recipe. Only thing I changed was that I left the skins on the apples. Loved by all the picky eaters in my family.
