Awesome recipe! I would definitely recommend marinating the pork chops in apple juice/soy sauce for at least 3 hours before baking. I also baked them in the oven covered. They were really juicy!

This is an excellent start. I added wine, beef stock, red pepper flakes, and an onion to the apple minture. It was amazing.

I thought the sauce and the apples were delicious. Not enough sauce and I found the pork itself to be rather bland.

Not bad. The pork got a bit dry after pan frying and not enough sauce. The flavor was great, though! I did not have pecans either. I will try again.

Holy moly! This is so so so good! I love sweet meat so this was perfect for me. My hubby and kids loved this one as well. My hubby did say that he would not like this recipe all the time but is good on special occasions.

I followed the recipe as is and I found the sauce too sweet... So I added a little beef broth, water and wine to the sauce and let it simmer for 30 mins. The sauce was delicious.

I added a bit more brown sugar and nutmeg to add a little more flavor. Delicious and flavorful...would make again!

this was good, not great. I didn't use tart apples. That may have helped. Also, the sauce thickened too quickly.

I didnt care for these pork chops at all. The sauce is getting the only star rating, because the chops should get none. I will however use the apple mixture sauce for other recipes

My husband loved this recipe as I did. It was easy and didn't take all day. I know my grandsons will like it to. I didn't change anything.

Excellent! The chops took a little longer than I'd hoped cooking them on the skillet, but the flavor was wonderful and my family enjoyed them.

These were outstanding! I deleted the cream and added 3 cloves of fresh garlic and just a drizzle of maple syrup. It was out of this world.

it was simple, although i used a bit more butter :o) gave it a bit richer flavor, next time id like to find a way to marinade the pork to have a richer flavor.

This recipe was AWESOME! I made some brown rice....and by the time the rice was done...so were the pork chops. I put some rice on the plate...then a pork chop on top of the rice...some apple on top of the pork chop....drizzled a tablespoon or two on top of everything ~~ served with a vegetable, it was the perfect meal! I used the weight watchers calculator for the info posted on this recipe...and it comes up as a 6 point recipe ~~ YUMMO!

SO SO good. It was a huge hit with my husband. Perfect and easy fall dish. I left the skins on the apples and it worked out just fine.

I loved this....it was such a change from the canned mushroom soup recipes most of the meat dish preparations require on this site. It was subtle with a hint of caramel sweetness. I should say that I forgot to buy the pecans on my shopping trip...and only had one apple at home so substituted a pear for the second apple. It was delish....I liked the mix of apple and pear. Since they look alike on top of the pork you're not quite sure what to expect with each bite.
