These turned out great. Although I did as others and made the sauce, browned the pork chops than put it all in the oven for about 30 mins at 350.

I made this with the Brown Sugar/splenda mixture, and with olive oil instead of veg oil. Did the bake in the oven. yum yum. Tastiness.

This is one of our favorite meals to make! The flavors compliment eachother so well. Grass fed pork from the farm, juicy organic apples fresh from the farm and you have one mouth watering meal!

Eh, not real good. It's just pan fried pork chops with cinnamon apples poured over the top. I was expecting a bit more of a succulent creation than this. The taste was okay, just nothing special.

This recipe was o.k. I was looking for something new and I thought my daughter would like the apples. Turned out she did not like the apples and ended up eating the bland meat with ketchup. I gave it 4 stars because my husband liked it but he would've preferred an apple sauce to dip instead. Sorry, not a keeper recipe for us.

Used 4 chops. Marinated, as suggested by another reviewer, in apple juice-soy sauce mixture for a little more than 24 hours. Then browned in pam-sprayed pan. Placed in foil-lined pan. Used one can of apple pie filling, as also suggested by the other reviewer, and sprinkled cinnamon and nutmeg over the top of the apples, after heating with 1/2 cup butter in pan. Covered with additional foil and cooked at 350 for 30 minutes, then uncovered and sprinkled with brown sugar and left uncovered for another 15-30 minutes. Yummy.

I almost feel like it is doing it an injustice reviewing it here, when I made so many changes, but would like to respect the original poster. Here is what I did: I used 6 Pork chops, seared them on both sides in a frying pan with 1TSP olive oil, then set into a casserole dish. I then used a stick of butter, melted that, and added 8 tsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. I cut peeled and cut up 4 granny smith apples and tossed them in there too. After the sauce was bubbly, and the apples slightly cooked, I poured the whole thing over the pork chops in the casserole dish, covered it, and baked in a 350° oven for 30-45 minutes (I checked it at 30mins.. wasnt quite done so i kept it in for 45mins). It was juicy, succulent, and delicious. Will definitely put into our regular rotation.

The best pork chops I have ever had! I used gala apples becuase I had them on hand and they held up without getting mushy. I doubled the amounts for the sauce and simmered until the apples softened, about 5 minutes. Then I poured that over the raw chops, covered, and baked at 350 for 45 minutes. Absolute perfection. Moist and tender and absolutely delicious! Perfect with mashed potatoes and green beans. Can't wait to make again!

I made this on the stove-top and it turned out pretty well. The caramel apple flavor was a little strong, but otherwise it tasted really good.

These were good. I didn't get much sauce out of them, so I didn't have to reduce anything on the stovetop.

I made this recipe but i changed a few things, I seared pork chops so still raw in the center, then placed them in a pan with sweet potatoes. and carmel sauce I added raisins for additional texture and flavor. SUPER GOOD!

Over all this tasted great. The pork chops were bland but once you put on the apples and sugar glaze they were oh so good. I paired this up with the sweet potatoes that someone else suggested and it was fabulous. next time I will marinate the pork chops first.

One of the best pork dishes I've made to date!! The family loved it & have been asking for more ever since. I added sliced onions to the sauce mix which made it more savory than sweet. This recipe is now among a small group that I refuse to share with my fantastic cook of a mother in law. I now have a pork dish that tops any of hers, and I plan to keep it that way no matter how selfish lol.

Excellent!! I am so glad I didn't let this recipe pass me by (almost used a different one but the apples made curious)! Husband and I really enjoyed this dish! Will be making this again for sure! I followed the recipe to the letter!

It was pretty good.. I made some changes though. I browned the pork chops then put them aside, i made the apples in the skillet and added a little cornstarch and apple juice to thicken it up and make more of a sauce. Then i put the sauce on top of the pork chops and stuck them in the oven for about 20 mins on 350. Came out so juicy.
