Cantaloupe Berry Smoothie

"Cantaloupe and raspberries are blended with yogurt. This is great when cantaloupe is in season. Try it with strawberries in place of the raspberries!"

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
