I made these for my girlfriend's daughter who recently turned 2. I'm giving these a 4 b/c the Kids LOVE them. However, I agree w/ another review that for adults...it may not be the best dessert. They were liked, but not loved. The cone does get slightly soft (but not mushy or soggy). I also filled these w/ a vanilla cream at the request of my girlfriend. Overall, a great treat for the KIDS!

I've made these before with one change: pour the batter into the muffin tin and top with the cones. Press the cones down a little to stabilize them. Somehow the batter expands into the cone

I would probably not make these again. The cones come out very chewy. The kids loved them, but the adults did not like them at all.
