This is a simple recipe that's easy to do. My kids loved helping me with it. I varied the recipe by doubling the mix, oil, egg, and used bite-sized snickers. I made the dough balls bigger like fat golfballs, which makes big cookies. The trick was to center the snickers in the middle of the doughballs. When they came out of the oven and were hot, I dropped the cookie sheet a few times on the counter to flatten them and make them more moist. Me and my son think they are great without the frosting.

Noone I gave these cookies to liked them. These cookies were extremely hard and only taste like peanut butter. The snickers bar inside gets so hard and the peanuts get a burnt taste. I gave this recipe a 2 only because they're easy.
