Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes (peppermint, cinnamon or wintergreen)
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped

Directions

  1. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in crushed candy. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour into serving dish and cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Can be made a few days ahead. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in freezer.
