I've been using this recipe for funeral luncheons lately - so easy & quick. I use 29 oz of sweet potatoes plus a small can. DELISH!

i steamed fresh sweet potatoes and OMG everyone loved this dish! i made for thanksgiving and was required to make for christmas and new years as well! It's like a dessert! YUM!

This is a very simple recipe. Just what I was looking for! It's very sweet as is...I cut back on the butter, brown sugar & marshmallow.

I used a 40oz can of yams and changed amounts of other ingredients based on what looked right. I also added cinnamon because a previous review recommended it, and it was fantastic. Make sure you drain the yams or use too much butter, and it will be perfect. Delicious!
