Delicious and easy. Next time I will use less butter (1 cup) and that will still be plenty.

I added 1 tsp of vanilla and left out the marshmellows and used two 40oz cans of Bruce's Yam (really cut down the prep time) There wasn't a piece leftover. Thank you!

This recipe is so delicious. It comes out so buttery! And my family loves rich buttery flavors so that was definately a good thing. I made them on Thanksgiving and they were requested again on new years by my step dad who hates trying anything new. Even he had to admit how yummy these sweet potatoes were.

This was a big hit at our Christmas Dinner. I used a little less butter and brown sugar and added chopped pecans for added flavor. This recipe was very easy and quick to make.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I too added some crushed pecans and altered the measurements a bit to make slightly healthier by cutting down on the butter and sugar. The dish came out looking beautiful and tasting wonderful.

I sliced the potatos and then covered them with the butter, marshmallow, and sugar. I used only 1 cup of everything. Still really yummy but much healthier!

I followed someone else's lead and reduced the butter to 1 cup and the brown sugar to 3/4 cup. My family LOVED it. I was surprised at how much. Even the family members who usually hate sweet potatoes! I will be making it again for Christmas.

I have made this several times now and everyone raves about it. The only thing that I do differently is to bake the sweet potatoes instead of boiling them. I find this method simpler.

This was a really good recipe, but I can only give it 4 stars b/c its missing an ingredient... VANILLA EXTRACT.. I also added a dash of lemon extract... other that that I followed the recipe. I made it for Thanksgiving & it was a big hit. This is a keeper!

This was a pretty good recipe. I added a little extra butter and cinnamon and was careful not to overtoast [burn] the marshmallows. Sprinkled pumpkin pie spices lightly on top for flavor and aesthetics. DF devoured this, and he doesn't usually like sweet potatoes. Good recipe!
