Very delicious. I too, baked the sausage in the oven. I wanted to make sure it came out with a sticky glaze. I felt they may become watery in the slow cooker. The horserdish flavor was incredible. I will make these as an appetizer next time.

This was pretty good. A bit on the sweet side...next time I plan to add a bit more horseradish and cut back on the sugar. I cooked on the stovetop. The sauce thickened up nicely. Definitely makes a nice appetizer. Thanks for sharing!

This was very good. I have made it a few times (in the oven, as suggested a reviewer). The only thing I changed was I added sliced onions and a tablespoon each of Worcestershire and Dijon mustard.

I was worried about the horseradish, I love it but my husband is not a fan. It truly does blend in, just kind of gives it some heat which works with sweet. I think this would work well as an appetizer.

I cut the sugar back to maybe half a cup. Also diced a small onion and cooked the kielbasa and onion first, then added the rest along with a little water and just cooked on the stovetop (no slow cooker). Served with rice and broccoli, this was REALLY good.

I modified this recipe quite a bit. I layered potatoes & onions in a crockpot. Then I put the sliced kielbasa in, poured the horseradish/br.sugar/ketchup sauce over top & let it cook on low for several hours. The sauce is pretty thin after that but it is very tasty and incredibly easy to make. Thanks for the idea!

this was a great recipe. Easy and little prep, this was a melt in your mouth roast. Thanks so much for an easy, delicious recipe that my whole family loved. Always looking for recipes I can throw in the crock pot before work. This was great, I just love this site!

Yes, a tad sweet...but then, it is called "candied" kielbasa, after all!! As a result of this recipe, my youngest son says "kielbasa" as if it's a declaration of victory! We all enjoyed it, and will make it again as is, but may also try it with a little less brown sugar at some point, too.

This is a great recipe and so easy! I also made the sauce and let that cook in a slow cooker about an hour before I added the kielbasa. Keep it on warm and be careful not to overcook the kielbasa!

We made this for last years 4th of July barbecue. We made a double batch. We brought it to the picnic and everyone that saw and tasted it kept taking a sample. So much so that there was none left for the dinner. This year We're making a quadruple batch. One to pick on and one for the dinner. This dish will be a hit at any barbecue. Something so simple can make you so smart...

Have made this several times and it is always a hit. Nobody believes there is horseradish in the sauce when they ask for the recipe. Keeps well in a warm crockpot. Kids like it too.

This was really good, but since I sliced the kielbasa pretty thin, I cooked the sauce for the 45 min without the sausage, then added the sausage and cooked 15 minutes longer, and it was perfect. I think the sausage would have been over-cooked the way it is written in this recipe, so I only gave it 4 stars
